Fans have been anxiously wondering when Giorno Giovanna would finally make his debut on Toonami. This morning during the Shonen Jump panel at New York Comic Con, Viz Media revealed when the fifth part of the JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure franchise (JoJo’s), titled Golden Wind, would make its English Dub debut: Oct. 26.

JoJo’s return to Toonami will come with another schedule change just two weeks after the one revealed yesterday. Toonami revealed that the new season will air at 2:30 a.m. ET. Surprisingly, Boruto was noticeably omitted from the schedule. We are currently reaching out to the Toonami crew on whether this is a scheduling mistake or if the show is getting dropped at this time.

Update: Jason DeMarco confirmed that Boruto is going on a hiatus due to space issues among other things, but says it will return at a later date.

Anime News Network describes Golden Wind as follows:

“Fresh from surviving his adventures in Morioh, Stand user and Joestar ally Koichi Hirose is touching down in Naples, Italy to discover a man known as Haruno Shiobana, who may well be the inheritor of a truly terrifying legacy. Though he now calls himself Giorno Giovanna and makes a living from petty thievery, there is no mistaking the regal bearing and cunning that mark his bloodline, or the natural Stand affinity that he’s already begun to harness. Whatever he may call himself, Giorno Giovanna’s parentage mark him as a true threat – for he is the son of Dio Brando, and no son of Dio could possibly live quietly on this earth.”

Viz also revealed the newest cast members for the upcoming season. Phillip Reich, who previously played Yuya Fukuyama in Diamond is Unbreakable, will be taking on the role of Giorno Giovanna. The full cast list can be seen below.

  • Mick Lauer as Leone Abbacchio
  • Sean Chiplock as Guido Mista
  • Phillip Reich as Giorno Giovanna
  • Ray Chase as Bruno Bucciarati
  • Kyle McCarley as Narancia Ghirga
  • Ethan Murray (Ezra Weisz) as Pannacotta Fugo

Viz released a teaser of the dub featuring Giorno and Bruno in the first episode, which you can see below.

Also during the Shonen Jump Panel, Viz also revealed the newest cast for the second season of One-Punch Man, which is reported on a separate article.
