In my opinion Mad Rhetoric rivals ‘Dreams’ as the best Toonami promo of all time. I think someone at Toonami really liked it as well since they used to play this a lot and I mean A LOT thru out the very early 00’s. This piece is forever burned into my skull because of that. Of course the music is really top-grade stuff. You really cannot go wrong.
