Following the broadcast of the season finale of Attack on Titan season 3 in Japan, it has been announced that there will be a 4th season of Attack on Titan which will be the series last. The new season will premiere in Japan in Fall 2020.

Toonami has just aired Episode 55, or episode 18 of Season 3 just last night, and there are 4 episodes to go before the dub reaches the season 3 finale, which will premiere on Toonami on July 27.
While it is expected that both will renew the series, Toonami and Funimation have yet to reveal their plans for Attack on Titan season 4 at this time.
