Yesterday, Toonami announced the line-up for daylight savings on Saturday, November 5. As part of the extra 2:00am hour, Toonami will play a preview of the recently announced HD Remaster of IGPX. Discotek Media announced last week that they would be releasing a new HD remastered upscale on Blu-ray. Further details about the Blu-ray can be read on the tweets below and here’s Toonami’s daylight savings schedule featuring two airings of the recent Attack on Titan special:

It is also worth noting that former staff member of ToonamiFaithful.com and Co-Creater of the Toonami Faithful Podcast: Jose Arguemedo is one of the people bringing the remaster of IGPX to Blu-ray. Jose, on his Twitter/X profile, said that the remaster is still in production and not all of the episodes are prepared yet. Here is what he has said about the remaster:
We’re still in production, guys. I had to move heaven and earth to do this. It’s not a simple matter of just taking the Blu-ray master and slapping it on TV. The workflows are completely different and I’m doing both at the same time, please cut me a break.

I should also mention that even if I got the entire show ready for air, it’s ultimately up to programming at this point, not my decision. Please don’t look at any of my comments as hints or anything like that. I’m (mostly) as clueless about the schedule as everyone else.
