On February 3rd, the 45th Annie Awards took place and Samurai Jack won several awards during the show. Here is what awards the show won:
– Outstanding Achievement for Character Design in an Animated Television / Broadcast Production
– Outstanding Achievement for Production Design in an Animated Television / Broadcast Production
– Outstanding Achievement for Editorial in an Animated Television / Broadcast Production
It also worth noting that Rick and Morty won several awards at show and the video game Cuphead, which Toonami reviewed last year, won an award for Outstanding Achievement for Character Animation in a Video Game.
