To celebrate Toonami’s 20th Anniversary I wanted discuss twenty series that were significant milestones or key players in Toonami’s history. While we all have our personal favorites I tried to be as unbiased with this show selection as possible. Everyone had a different experience with Toonami that shaped their personal perception of which shows made the block so great but I feel there are definitely shows that stand out as pioneers and necessary pieces that lead to Toonami’s success and opened up additional opportunities for the block.
