Toonami announced today on their official website that the popular anime series Dan Da Dan will be coming to Toonami on Saturday, July 26 and will air at 12:30 AM. The new lineup beginning that Saturdday will be as follows:
- Dragon Ball Daima – 12:00 AM
- Dan Da Dan – 12:30 AM
- Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War – 1:00 AM
- Blue Exorcist Season 2 – 1:30 AM
- One Piece – 2:00 AM
- Lazarus (Sub) – 2:30 AM
- Naruto – 3:00 AM

The series tells the story of two teenagers, Ken Takakura, a boy who believes in aliens but not ghosts, and Momo Ayase, a girl who believes in ghosts but not aliens. Events force them to put aside their differences and use their newly discovered abilities to subdue various supernatural forces. The first season consists of 12 episodes and a second season was announced as of July, 2025.
During our recent interview with Jason Demarco, he hinted that Dan Da Dan may come on the block in the future. Apparently, Jason meant in the near future, an unexpected but welcome surprise. Though the series has aired on other networks, it has been popular among viewers.
