“You were able to stop Gjallarhorn just by using your voice, [Kudelia]. As far as I know, even Orga can’t do that. […] Fumitan was talking about what it means to have a sense of duty. And ever since i’ve been thinking about that myself. While there isn’t a whole lot I can do, I promise if you have the responsibility of going to Earth now, I’ll help you any way that I can.”
– Mikazuki Augus, Mobile Suit Gundam Iron Blooded Orphans (Ep. 18)
The Toonami Trending Rundown for October 29-30, 2016. With this being the Halloween weekend, Toonami took a night off from regular festivities to showcase the previous 7 episodes of Gundam IBO. With some fans taking the night off livetweeting due to the Halloween festivities in addition to the buzz of the World Series, a slow night of social media buzz is to be expected, though #GundamIBO and Toonami did trend briefly on Twitter, in addition Toonami trending on Tumblr as well.
Big things for the better cartoon show next week as Intruder III will begin it’s 4 week run. In addition, Naruto will showcase the finale of the Tale of Jiraiya the Gallant story arc. And of course following One Piece, Toonami will be showcasing the Makoto Shinkai feature film Children Who Chase Lost Voices during the “Extra Hour” gained from the end of Daylight Savings. See you again next week and have yourself a Happy Halloween.
