For those who have wanted to see Ordinal Scale, but weren’t able to attend one of the limited theatrical screenings last year, Aniplex has made the SAO film available for purchase on digital outlets such as iTunes, Vudu, and the Microsoft Store, and are also working on also releasing the film on Amazon Video and Playstation Video among other digital stores. Prices for the film have varied, with iTunes and Vudu selling at $14.99, while the Microsoft Store sells at $12.99. This goes alongside the DVDs and Blu-Rays of the film that were released back in December, which as of this writing can be purchased exclusively from Rightstuf, with the DVD presently retailing for $29.98 and the Blu-Ray at $39.98 respectively.
