Adult Swim is already expanding their Saturday prime time anime offering by following Dragon Ball Z Kai encores at 8:00PM with One Piece encores at 8:30PM. This still wont be a Toonami packaged block but it is none the less a very exciting development.
It has only been two weeks since DBZ Kai started airing encores at 8:00PM on Saturday making this move quite unexpected. We implore fans of the show and fans of Toonami to tune in for the prime time encores as well as the Toonami broadcasts and live-tweet the episodes as they air to show support.
